Visualization meditation is a powerful tool to enhance your conscious being and self-awareness, as well as to focus your mind. It is a harmless method to bring positivity in your mind-body-soul system, but also to expand your capacity for creativity. Results may vary, but in the moment when you experience a full visualization meditation, you’ll have one of greatest WOW! moments in your life.

Relaxation Before Visualization Meditation?

When you meditate, your body relaxes while the mind concentrates – it is perfect state for visualization. Before starting, you can read some scripts for visualization or relaxation. However, when your mind is clear and your body gets relaxed, you can engage your imagination to find images and ideas to visualize.

It is not difficult to achieve. Visualization is a simple method of using your mind to influence your body. For a very beginning, you can help your visualization process by repeating (mentally): “Inhaling – I relax, exhaling – I smile.” You can repeat this as long as you need, but constantly visualizing your body in relaxed state and noticing physical changes.

The Visualization Meditation Process

This is how the Visualization process goes, with all its elements:

• Concentrate on your breath and clear your mind completely.

• Imagine a specific image or idea before you start visualization. The best way is to use some general ideas such as joy, love, beauty, truth, etc. Mentally repeat positive affirmations (“I am balanced”, for example).

• While inhaling, feel your body expanding with great potential; while exhaling fill your world with positive thoughts. It might be necessary to repeat some mantra in the beginning or to focus on one positive image, but with time you will get creative how to catch your goal.

• Finally, go into your visualization. First, make a small effort to mentally see the object of your visualization in general, then focus to get closer to it, let it expand, see as many details as possible, you can even go into microscopic scan of the object – there will be spectacularly beautiful sights to see. Constantly keep your positivity over the object. Keep your attention upon it as long as you can.

Benefits of Visualization Meditation

Many studies show us many positive sides of visualization, including health benefits such as stress decreasing, depression easing, boosting immunity, insomnia relieving, chronic pain alleviating and much more. Seeing yourself healthy during meditation will help your body and mind to understand that it is truth and reality, and they will process accordingly.

You should develop your own way of visualization. You can even use some of the mindfulness meditation techniques or simple meditation techniques to upgrade them with your visualization goals.

Creative Visualization Meditation

You can use your creative imagination to focus your mind creating the so-called intentional thoughts and goals inside your reality.

Visualization meditation is strongly connected with manifestation of your goals in your life. You can’t imagine what universe is able to give you if you ask for by visualizing your object of desire to it. And by believing. It will happen. It’s yours.

Visualization meditation has no limits, no borders, no restrictions, and no impossible achievements. All is possible. It’s a way to face ourselves into the mirror of the eternal life and possibilities this life can bring to us. Let’s enjoy it. I’m just visualizing a sunny beach on a planet out of our Solar system.
