Benefits of Blood Diet

The so-called Blood Type Diet was made public by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo's book Eat Right For Your Type. The book says that there are certain foods that people should and should not eat according to their blood type.

The basis of the book is that Type O's are the best, kind of hunters, genetically needed for meat consumption, while Type A's are vegetarians, and Type B's are omnivores that feed on milk. However, the concept of "eating blood type" and the book that promotes it, raises a number of scientific and nutritional issues that have raised concerns among many scientists and health professionals.

The concept of Food

The idea is that following a certain type of diet based on your blood type will improve your digestion and cause weight loss.

Food Advice:

Type types A

it should stick to fruits and vegetables (high carbs / low fat). They are thicker than other blood types, are more immune, and should not consume dairy products, animal fats, and meat. They are at greater risk for heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

Type B types

Varieties should eat nutritious foods (fruits and vegetables, grains, fish, milk, meat, but avoid chicken). They have a better chance of overcoming or overcoming everyday illnesses, including heart disease and cancer.

Type AB types

Species should eat only vegetarian foods, and in rare cases certain fish, meat (no chicken), and milk.

Type O types

Varieties should adhere to a high protein diet (including red meat), low carbs, and be combined with fruits and vegetables. They should limit the presence of wheat germ, whole wheat products, corn, and avoid dairy products and nuts.

Type O is often affected by hypothyroidism, acidosis (leading to ulcers), and low blood pressure with severe resistance to blood clots.

Benefits of Blood Diet

If you like to follow a set list of foods you can and cannot eat, these foods can be your own. Specific guidelines are provided on food, prices and meal time. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

The Evil of Blood Food

This system makes no sense if members of the same family have different blood types, making each one follow a completely different diet. Each program unnecessarily removes certain food groups, which can lead to nutrient deficiencies.

You should buy a book to find out what you can and cannot eat; you also need to know your blood type.
