Love Meditation as A Way to Oneness


Love meditation is simply an amazing experience. It is simple, requires no special techniques and no big mental effort. However, the effects of it are tremendous, causing a worldview that is full of love, compassion, joy, and happiness.

You can perform love meditation in many ways, using different approaches and contexts, because we can clearly say that all types of meditation are connected with the nobility of love feelings we all have. The common thing for all of them is to “use” the Heart chakra. We will present you here a simple and powerful example of love meditation.

Love Meditation Script

Stretch your body and try to get out of any negative thoughts and feelings, then take your usual meditative position and relax a bit. Try to feel your body relaxed and centered over the part where you make contact with the support beneath you.

For 5-10 minutesbreathe deeper than usual, in a constant rhythm, while constantly trying to visualize your Heart chakra with its shining green color. You’ll find it somewhere between your heart and the spine area. Try to see and feel how the light-blue positive energy from space enters it, cleaning it and making its color more intense, deep, and shining.

The next stage of love meditation is to imagine or recall some highly positive event in your life, maybe from your past or childhood, something with your parents or partners, or even with your pet. It should be a simple relation of great emotional value.

Keep your awareness on that event, and repeat the following mantra to yourself mentally:

May I be happy; May I be safe; May I be healthy; May I live with ease.

Repeat few times, trying to enter deeply the subjects of your mantra, to assure yourself of being into such positive state. After this, imagine your chosen one and repeat for him/her:

May You be happy; May You be safe; May You be healthy; May You live with ease.

Important! Repeat the same for person or persons you dislike or you had some unpleasant experience with. Wish them best, sincerely.

Next, imagine your family, feel them closest possible way and repeat inside your heart:

May We be happy; May We be safe; May We be healthy; May We live with ease.

Finally, visualize the planet, the whole world, feel connected with all the people in the world in Oneness and repeat the same phrases with your full love radiating from your heart. Feel compassion, understanding, peace, and connectedness.

Love Meditation is Profound Meditation

It would be great if you can do it regularly, meditating 15-30 minutes daily on love and kindness. It is not enlightening like kundalini meditation, but it is profound and powerful one; it is also a way to learn meditation as something noble, beautiful, and peaceful.

Love meditation is good for people who suffer from their interrelations with other people, who lack love and understanding, and who don’t understand what Oneness is. It will help them fill their lives with pure energy of light and love.

However, don’t forget that love meditation is firmly connected with your Heart chakra, which is central one in the system of 7 chakras attached to your etheric body. All other chakras are somehow connected through the Heart chakra, because of the amount of noble positive energy it radiates. All we need is love, don’t we?
