The Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are a set of diseases transmitted by sexual contact. Some of these, like Hepatitis B and AIDS, are spread through the blood. It is a serious subject that we must take responsibility for educating ourselves. Equally to our children.

How to prevent STDs?
Condoms or condoms are among the main methods that
we can use to avoid sexually transmitted infections.
In every sexual relationship, a stage is reached
where we block the rational part in our minds, and we only concentrate on the
emotional part. Therefore, when you start having sex, you need to put the
condom on, while you are thinking rationally. If you usually drink alcohol
until you are drunk, then you may not consider the method of
protection. In this case, you open yourself to possibilities that may not
be to your liking.
It is important to know what are those diseases
that we have to take care of. Remember that not all of these are perceived
with the naked eye. So get to know them!
