Sexual Dysfunction
Sexual Dysfunction is
called the difficulty during any stage of the sexual act, which prevents
the individual or couple from fully enjoying sex.
What are the causes of Sexual Dysfunction ?
There are physical factors
such as alcohol, drugs, drugs, among others that give way to sexual
dysfunction. These components decrease the level of testosterone, the most
important hormone in men (it is also found in small amounts in women), being
responsible for stimulating the development of the male sexual organs.
Another cause is having a
low androgen level or an inadequate hormonal profile. It should be noted
that emotional factors such as depression, fears, guilt, etc., are also causes
of sexual dysfunction.
Prevention
Sharing moments outside of
sex with our partner, that is, going out to dance or dinner, empathize, etc.,
can awaken sexual desire in couples. In other words, it is necessary to
separate sex from affection and thus get used to an affection that does not
exactly incite sex.
To do
It is a good idea to turn to
a specialist in the case, since sexual dysfunctions can have a solution if it
is not a case such as premature ejaculation.
