What is love? Why we all need it? Why it is so important? Why should we practice loving kindness meditation? Answers to those and similar questions are not easily describing. Even if you practice some of stress relief techniques, you are practicing love for yourself and for others, because by releasing yourself from the stress, you release others from your stress too.

So, get your favorite meditation posture, clear your mind from all negativity, start your breathing rhythm, and just focus your mind (and heart) to something filling you with the lightness of joy and happiness.

Deepen the feelings and believe that your love can change not only your and lives of your closest ones, but the whole world too. Why don’t you meditate on stopping all wars, for example?
